To support these efforts, Brightspeed’s government affairs, public policy, and regulatory teams work together to develop advocacy positions and strategies, gather facts, build relationships, and present reliable and timely information to legislators and government decision makers. While this work is vital to the company’s ongoing success, a political action committee also plays a critical role in driving progress. The Brightspeed PAC helps connect with elected leaders who share our vision for expanding high-speed internet access in rural America, investing in technology and innovation and creating policies that foster favorable business growth and opportunities.
